Staying at this resort was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and everything you could want. On the other hand, the service was far from what I expected, with inconsistent attentiveness and confusion at check-in. The dining options left much to be desired, and the rooms had some maintenance issues. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but improvements are needed to enhance guest experiences.
